Megan Gill is an experienced payroll and benefits professional, currently serving as the Payroll & Benefits Manager at McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality since May 2018. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Payroll Supervisor at Austin Independent School District from September 2017 to May 2018, and worked as a Payroll Coordinator at Torchy's Tacos from July 2013 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as a Payroll Processor at Wood, Johnson, Heath, PC from September 2010 to June 2013 and as a Store Accounting Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market from March 2002 to August 2011. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University.

At MML Hospitality, we are on a mission to create the world’s chicest restaurants and hotels. Led by visionary hotelier Liz Lambert, and powerhouse restauranteurs Larry McGuire & Tom Moorman, we believe in a seamless combination of food, service, and design. We create refined hospitality through attention to detail, storytelling, and extraordinary dining and retail experiences. We currently manage and own the 75-room Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, and we have two hotel projects in development in Aspen and in Austin that we will also own and manage. In addition to the nearly twenty restaurants, we currently operate or have under development, MML is also the F&B consultant at the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining across the property. MML has a unique plan to own and operate each of its properties and the financial backing to only take on special projects in places we want to spend time.
