Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Government and External Affairs at MN8 Energy, Tommy represents policy positions to stakeholders and oversees legislative and regulatory developments in East Coast markets. Previously, as an Energy Policy Analyst for the New York State Assembly, Tommy managed energy legislation, engaged with utilities and stakeholders, and drafted relevant legislation. Additional roles included supporting legislative processes as a Graduate Scholar/Legislative Aide in the Assembly and gaining insights into emergency management as a Training Intern at the National Center for Security & Preparedness. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany.
