Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at MNP since October 2021, Erik develops strategies to build and enhance workplace culture while focusing on attracting diverse talent. Previously, Erik held the position of Director at Plan Finance Inc. from November 2011 to September 2021, where a decade of search experience was utilized to advise corporate executives globally on human capital, strategic planning, and leadership assessment. Erik also managed full-cycle recruiting for various specialized roles and worked at PlanIT Search and Brendan Wood International as Managing Director from February 2004 to July 2011. Erik holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College, completed in 1999.
