Erik st-Hilaire

Erik St-Hilaire, CPA, CA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the accounting and finance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at MNP since September 2009, Erik specializes in assisting mid-market clients in Western Canada with succession planning, including business sales and management buyouts, as well as facilitating growth through acquisitions, mergers, and financing. Previously held the position of Senior Accountant, focusing on audit, review, and notice to reader engagements. Additionally, Erik is an active Board Member and Finance Committee Member at Actionmarguerite since May 2019. Erik holds a B. Comm (Hons) in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manitoba and furthered education with the CFA Institute.
