Tracy Allen is an experienced marketing professional in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry, currently serving as the Marketing Director at MNS Engineers, Inc. since July 2018, with previous roles including Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Senior Marketing Manager and Project Specialist at Sandis from August 1988 to May 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing efforts across multiple offices and disciplines, leading the development and upgrades of the company website, managing a marketing database through various software transitions, training staff, facilitating decision-making processes, and supporting business development initiatives. Tracy holds two Associate degrees from De Anza College, both earned with honors: an Associate in Science in Business Administration/Marketing and an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Business and CIS.
