Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar is an experienced design professional currently serving as Associate Director of Design at MobiKwik since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ajay worked at Samsung India as a Senior Designer from December 2019 to December 2021 and served as a Product Designer at Hike Messenger from September 2017 to November 2019, focusing on app-wide features and UX enhancements to improve engagement. Ajay's earlier experience includes a role as a UX Designer at Paytm, where responsibilities involved leveraging customer insights to enhance payment experiences and overseeing user research efforts. Ajay also completed internships at InnAccel, designing a medical device for middle ear infections, and Carborundum Universal Limited, ideating a range of products in alumina ceramics. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the National Institute of Design and participated in a student exchange program at Pforzheim University in 2014.
