Previously, Rajshekar held the position of Materials & Planning Manager at Tenneco from November 2005 to March 2010, where responsibilities included managing materials for a Canadian ride control plant. Prior roles include Master Scheduler at Tinnerman, overseeing the planning of automotive fasteners, and Production Controller at C To C Group Inc., managing production activities. Rajshekar holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, completed between 1993 and 1997.
