Aleena Hasan

Aleena Hasan is a seasoned professional in service design and product management, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at mobileLIVE since March 2025. Previously, Aleena held the position of Senior Service and Product Manager at Sastaticket.pk from May 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leadership in service design. Aleena's experience also encompasses a role as Visiting Faculty at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and positions as UX Researcher & Designer at Optera Digital, and Project Associate at Nestlé, contributing to notable campaigns such as the Nescafe Personalized Jar Campaign. Additionally, early career experiences include internships focused on educational design and creative content writing. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Interactive Media Systems at Technische Hochschule Augsburg, Aleena's academic background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Product Design and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from NUST.
