Katie Spruance, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at MOBILion Systems, Inc. since October 2017, Katie has also held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Business Operations Manager. Prior to this, Katie worked at IP Group plc as Business Support Manager and at Synchrogenix, a Certara Company, as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Katie began their career at Friess Associates as Research Manager. Katie holds a degree from the University of Delaware, earned between 1999 and 2003.
