Salem al-Masri

Salem Al-Masri is an experienced Access Network Planning & Design Manager at Mobily, where tenure spans from September 2008 to the present. Responsibilities include supervising a team of engineers to design and develop RF plans, optimizing systems for better performance, and ensuring project completion within budget and timelines. Prior positions at Mobily involve project management for various rollout initiatives, including Radio Access Network modernization and LTE-FDD/TDD implementations. Salem’s career began at Bayanat Al-Oula for Network Services as a Field Operation Engineer, focusing on installation, integration, and troubleshooting. Academically, Salem holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, obtained in 2007.
