Scott Kinsel

Scott Kinsel has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Founding Partner at The Capital Companies in 2012. At The Capital Companies, they partnered with strong management teams to build market leaders through targeted growth opportunities. Scott founded MOC CENTRAL LLC in 2008 and currently servces as the CEO. In 2014, Scott co-founded Capital Paint & Refinish, a distributor of BASF refinish products, which was sold to Wesco in 2022. Scott created Tough Nut Products in 2012, which is the top selling heavy duty cleaner for the automotive industry. Scott is also the founder and current CEO of Mighty Automotive of Houston.

In his free time, Scott pursues his passion for photography and works as a Fine Art Photographer at Scott Kinsel Photography since 2002.

Lastly Scott currently servces as a board member at Breakthrough T1D and Sandal Gap Studios.

Scott Kinsel received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. Scott then pursued further education at Baylor University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Civil Litigation in 2002.
