Lance Eftink is a seasoned professional in engineering with a breadth of experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Design/Tooling Engineer at MOCAP, Inc. since January 2014, Lance has played a pivotal role in the production processes for major automotive models including the 2014 Toyota Corolla, 2015 Toyota Highlander, and 2015 Toyota Sienna during tenure at Toyoda Gosei. Previous to that, Lance was a Cold End Supervisor at Saint-Gobain Glass, where significant contributions included managing a large team and enhancing production efficiencies. Early career roles included positions as a Building Code Consultant at Code Consultants, Inc., and a Design Engineer/Inspector at Taylor Engineering, showcasing a versatile skill set in engineering, leadership, and project management. Lance holds a degree in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
