Caroline Seitz is an experienced professional in non-profit leadership and administration, currently serving as a Receptionist at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) since December 2021, while also working as an Executive Associate at HighPoint Charitable Services since March 2021. Past roles include a Canvasser and Kindergarten Teacher Aide at Citizens of the World Charter Schools, as well as a Development Intern at Unicorn Theatre, where responsibilities involved researching and cultivating donors, managing a donor database, and assisting with grant applications. MOCSA’s mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault and to prevent sexual violence in our community. Together we can create a community free from sexual assault and abuse. Our services are free of charge and available to survivors and their families in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We offer the following services: - 24-hour Crisis Services: 816-531-0233 & 913-642-0233 - Advocacy: hospital, legal, police, and court advocacy; support groups - Counseling: individual and group therapy - Education: age-appropriate programs for children in elementary, middle, and high schools; training for advocates, counselors, law enforcement, restaurant and bar staff, and other professionals - Prevention: supporting community based coalitions in both Missouri and Kansas to prevent sexual assault and other forms of violence
