Hattie Saltzman

Hattie Saltzman is a skilled professional with experience in development and public health. Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA)

MOCSA’s mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault and to prevent sexual violence in our community. Together we can create a community free from sexual assault and abuse. Our services are free of charge and available to survivors and their families in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We offer the following services: - 24-hour Crisis Services: 816-531-0233 & 913-642-0233 - Advocacy: hospital, legal, police, and court advocacy; support groups - Counseling: individual and group therapy - Education: age-appropriate programs for children in elementary, middle, and high schools; training for advocates, counselors, law enforcement, restaurant and bar staff, and other professionals - Prevention: supporting community based coalitions in both Missouri and Kansas to prevent sexual assault and other forms of violence
