Mina Zarnegin Seiffert

Mina Zarnegin Seiffert, MPH, currently serves as the Manager of Medicaid Operations and Health Related Social Needs Services at Moda Health, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include the management of HRSN strategy and benefit administration for Medicaid. Previous experience includes a Health Education Intern role at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette from June 2016 to August 2017, a Strategic Planning Analyst at Silverton Health from February 2015 to October 2015, an Admitting Registrar at Samaritan Health Services from February 2014 to February 2015, and a Research Intern at OHSU, specifically within the Oregon Cord Blood Program and the Spina Bifida National Registry Initiative Research Study in 2013. Mina holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion and Health Behavior from Oregon State University.
