Rachel Sollecito

Rachel Sollecito is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Modak since December 2022, a platform dedicated to empowering teens through fintech and community initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Attorney at Spiro Harrison, and Judicial Law Clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Rachel has also worked as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Gold, Albanese, Barletti & Locascio, and held additional judicial clerkship positions in New Jersey and Virginia, alongside internship roles at various legal institutions. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University at Albany School of Business.
