David Ray has over a decade of experience in service delivery and IT management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Modality Systems since July 2016. Previous roles include Interim Service Transition Manager at RB, IS Transition/Operations Manager at Seadrill, and Change Intervention Manager at BP, where David assisted in aligning operational processes with ITIL standards. As IT Service Management Director at Rolls-Royce, David oversaw global IT service delivery for over 40,000 users and led the transition to a centralized IT support model. David also held the position of Director of Service Management at GlaxoSmithKline, managing critical IT services for a vast infrastructure of servers and storage across multiple regions.

Modality Systems is a technology company specializing in Microsoft Unified Communications technologies. They have also developed apps and softwares for iPhones and iPads. iDialog is an app developed by them which they call a unified communications client for mobile information workers.
