Maarja Liiv

Maarja Liiv is currently serving as the Recruitment Lead at Modash, focusing on scaling the company from 40 to over 100 employees while hiring Senior Product Engineers and other roles. Prior to this, Maarja was a Senior Talent Recruiter at Bolt, where responsibilities included headhunting and overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process amidst significant company growth. Experience also includes a position as a Recruiter at Noored Kooli, where Maarja sourced candidates for the Teach for All program, and an internship in Human Resources at SEB, leading a youth innovation initiative and researching talent management. Maarja's background includes co-founding an award-winning student company and participating in a self-development program at Domus Dorpatensis Foundation.
