Kim Keating-Best

Kim Keating-Best has extensive experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as the Returns and Exceptions Manager and Operations Trainer at ModCloth since August 2009, Kim has developed a strong background in returns processing and operational training. Prior to this role, Kim worked as a General Manager at Krispy Kreme from August 2004 to January 2009, where management and leadership skills were honed in a fast-paced environment.
