Gianni Zorzi is an accomplished financial analyst and educator with extensive experience in corporate finance and financial planning. Since May 2010, Gianni has operated as an Independent Analyst and Fee Only Financial Planner. Gianni serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at MIB Trieste School of Management and as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate and Group Finance at Università degli Studi di Udine, while also holding the position of Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia until September 2024. Additionally, Gianni has contributed as a Compliance Officer at modeFinance since 2013 and as an Expert for the European Commission from January 2018 to April 2024, evaluating proposals for the European Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
