Susan Penta

Susan Penta is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of MIDIOR Consulting, a firm specializing in management consulting and technology services since October 1996. Prior to this role, Susan co-founded and served as CEO of MODA Systems, leading a technology startup focused on wireless communications software from December 1991 to October 1996. Additionally, Susan has extensive experience in product management at IDE Corporation from 1987 to 1991 and as a design engineer at J Sprague Electric Co in 1986. Currently, Susan also serves as an Executive Professor and adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University’s D'Amore-McKim School of Business, specializing in entrepreneurship, innovation, and new product development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in International Business from Bayes Business School.
