Alison is a Senior Partner leading Modern’s Operations, Strategy, Transformation and Marketing teams. She partners with organizations ranging from large, publicly traded companies to privately held companies to attract and develop talent.
Prior to joining Modern, Alison was a Managing Partner at a large global search firm where she led teams placing talent into c-suite and direct report roles. Previously, Alison founded a consulting and search firm focused on the Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement functions. In the first half of her career, Alison was a management consultant at Accenture leading operational transformation projects for clients across Consumer, Industrial and Technology companies. She began her career in various positions in PepsiCo’s supply chain organization.
Alison is passionate about contributing to non-profit organizations dedicated to children’s needs, particularly for underserved communities. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
