We are a cutting-edge strategic talent consultancy focused on building modern organizations, modern leadership teams and modern leaders. We consider “who runs the place” and “how the place is run” in a single set of integrated solutions that delivers far greater value and a far better experience to our clients and candidates. With our focus on redefining the future of modern leadership, we are committed to a relentless effort to increase the diversity and inclusive culture of boardrooms and leadership teams. Every aspect of the Modern process is customized for our clients. Our simple goal is “meeting you where you are.” We will be as flexible, as creative, and as agile as necessary to meet and exceed your most demanding of needs. Modern is functionally focused and takes a cross industry lens to everything we do in order to find the emerging and diverse talent other firms do not. Our proprietary assessment looks at fit and potential while taking into consideration diversity of background / experience. A 100-day onboarding and integration service is embedded into the process with specific DEI capabilities. In order to model and drive behavior, or “walk the walk,” we made a very distinct move. We tied our internal company structure and employee reward system directly to the client and candidate experience. Modern is purpose driven and socially responsible. We are proud to share our profits with specific charities to help foster the next generation of talent and support underserved youth and children with life threatening illnesses. It is time to “get Modern.”
