Rob Wilkes is a technologist with over 20 years’ experience in engineering, mobile, product management, and enterprise architecture. During his consulting career, Rob advised his clients on the transformation of their HR and Benefits technology, and Sales, Service and Marketing technologies as well as the related integration architecture and data governance. As a talent adviser, Rob specializes in assessment protocols for high potential identification, org design, succession strategies for critical roles, leadership development and career pathing.

He has extensive experience across Financial Services, including banking, insurance, wealth and asset management. He has spent seventeen years working in Europe, and North America, and six years in Asia Pacific. He brings his digital knowledge, global perspective and international insights to the clients he serves and the projects he works on.

Prior to joining Modern, Rob served as a Distinguished Enterprise Architect at Salesforce in the Financial Services organizational unit. Prior to Salesforce, Rob served as a Senior Partner and Global Account Leader at Korn Ferry in their Financial Services Practice based in New York. Rob has also held leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson in New York and South East Asia.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Systems and Computer Science from the University of Gloucestershire.
