Stephanie Young is Modern's VP of Client Experience. She is responsible for managing the delivery team, core operations and our client and candidate experience. Stephanie has over 15 years of executive search experience in roles of increasing responsibility across search execution, knowledge management and practice management.
Prior to Modern, Stephanie was with Heidrick & Struggles for 13 years. Her most recent role was Global Practice Management Director for the Technology and Services Practice. She also served as Practice Director for the Information Officers Practice and the Education, Non-Profit and Social Enterprise Practice, as well as an Engagement Manager in the Information Officers Practice. Prior, Stephanie spent seven years with an independent retained executive search firm focused on CEO searches for pre-public, venture-backed Software companies.
Earlier in her career Stephanie spent five years with the management consulting services division of A.T. Kearney. As a Research Associate, she served as a member of global research and development teams for the Centers of Excellence. She participated in intellectual capital codification and development projects in areas such as transforming the enterprise, supply chain integration, integrated product development, strategic sourcing, restructuring, team-based organizations, and globalization. Stephanie began her career with BellSouth Corporation and attended the Art Institute of Atlanta.
