Kevin Gironda has a diverse work experience in the field of intellectual property management. Kevin started their career at Rohm and Haas in 1988, where they worked as a technician, scientist, patent liaison, and patent attorney. During their time at Rohm and Haas, they gained experience in analytical chemistry, polymerization reactions, chemical synthesis, and IP protection for small and large molecules. Kevin also drafted and prosecuted patent applications.

In 1999, Kevin joined J&J Consumer Companies as a Senior Patent Liaison, where they led patent strategy efforts and prepared numerous patent applications for consumer products. Kevin later became the Director of Intellectual Property Management, managing a group of patent liaisons, and eventually served as the Senior Director of Intellectual Property Management.

In 2016, Kevin joined Modern Meadow, Inc. as the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, where they are currently employed.

Kevin Gironda completed their Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Delaware Valley University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology.
