Davis Kitagawa is an experienced project engineer specializing in signal and communications testing within the railway sector. Currently serving as the discipline lead for integration, testing, and commissioning of signal and communication subsystems on light rail extensions for Sound Transit Agency at Modern Railway Systems since August 2019, Davis has also provided technical and project management support in various capacities for notable projects, including the Peninsula Corridor Electrification Project for Caltrain and the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit Larkspur extension. Davis's experience began with internships at Kiewit, CONAM Construction, and Price Gregory International, focusing on project engineering and construction management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
