Experience encompasses providing comprehensive third-party administration services, plan design assistance, compliance support, and audit guidance. Earlier career milestones include positions at The Kraematon Group, Inc. and Paychex, focused on client management and retirement plan oversight, as well as a leadership role in fraud detection at Bank of America. Michelle earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
