The Modern Work Foundation, previously known as SAFERjobs, fosters collaborations that help make the UK labour market work better for everyone. We call this approach Collective Regulation.

We do this by bringing together the voices of worker, business and government to facilitate change that balances the needs of individuals, organisations and the economy.

Our vehicles for change include the Better Hiring Institute, JobsAware and the Modernising Employment APPG.
