Henry Geng

Henry Geng is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Process Development and Analytical Technical Operations at Moderna since July 2021. Geng has successfully designed and established the company's first high-throughput sequencing facility, managed significant capital investments, and developed a high-performing process development team. Prior to this role, Geng held various positions at Eton Bioscience, Inc., including Branch Operations Manager and Head of Department for Optimization and Development, where process optimization and workforce restructuring were key achievements. Geng's early career included research roles at Harvard Medical School and Boston Medical Center, focusing on molecular cloning and adipocyte studies. Geng holds a Master's degree in Medical Nutrition Sciences from Boston University and multiple degrees in Biotechnology, Multimedia Technology, and Japanese Language and Literature from Capital Normal University.
