Mike Boyson

Mike Boyson currently serves as Executive Director and Portfolio Lead for CMC at Moderna and holds the position of Principal at Azure Biopharma, focusing on program management and supply chain support for mid to late-stage pipeline companies. Previously, Mike was Vice President and Head of Product Operations for Oncology and Small Molecule at Takeda, where leadership spanned multiple roles including Head of Oncology and Biologics Supply & External Manufacturing. Earlier career experience includes positions at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing QA for various global CMC programs, and Biogen Idec as an Associate Scientist. Mike's educational background includes a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Executive Education in General Management from Harvard Business School.
