Tim Fletcher

Tim Fletcher currently serves as the Chief Legal & People Officer and General Counsel at Modica Group since February 2022. Previous roles include Privacy Officer and External Reporting Manager at Fonterra, Head of Regulatory at Airways New Zealand, and various positions at Uber, including Legal Counsel for ANZ and Regulatory Counsel during a secondment in California. Tim Fletcher also held legal counsel positions at Mercury NZ, Robert Walters, and Contact Energy Ltd, along with an associate role at the International Development Law Organization. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development from SOAS University of London, a Certificate of Professional Legal Studies from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor's Degree in Media from Victoria University of Wellington.
