David Kuczawa is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project and quality control management. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at MODLOGIQ, Inc., David oversees and coordinates all activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract requirements. Previously, as a Project Manager at Fabcon Precast, David managed major projects from planning through completion, demonstrating strong skills in contract negotiation and scheduling. Notably, David held roles at Universal Concrete Products as both a Quality Control Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing QA/QC programs and managing commercial projects. David's career began at Universal Concrete Products as a Production Supervisor, where oversight of production activities and a large workforce was key. David holds an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Reading Area Community College.
