Renata Arditti

Renata Arditti has a diverse work experience in the training and operations field. Renata started their career in 2003 as an Analyst of Training, Retention, and Sales at IDT Global Israel, where they worked until 2007. Renata then joined Atento in 2008 as an Analyst of Training and Development, responsible for managing and developing the training instructors team for various clients.

In 2013, Renata joined Lloyd's Register Energy - Drilling as a Training Coordinator. Renata was responsible for coordinating and organizing training courses, monitoring training costs, assisting in business development activities, and ensuring the quality of training services. Renata held this role until 2019.

After that, Renata worked at Trinity Integrity Services as the Training & Drilling Operations Manager for South America, where they managed training and drilling operations until 2020.

Currently, Renata is employed at ModuResources as the Operations and Training Manager for South America, a position they have held since 2020.

Renata Arditti attended Universidade Candido Mendes from 1996 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Law. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Coorporate Education at Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
