Kim Ziehlke has extensive experience in software and program management, currently serving as the Director of Programs at Modus Operandi since June 2008. In this role, Kim leads a team of program managers and oversees the development and execution of program roadmaps aimed at delivering innovative solutions. Kim also holds the position of Principal Engineer, focusing on ONR Scalable Semantic Enablement and supporting various defense initiatives through research and program management. Prior to Modus Operandi, Kim worked as a Software Consultant at MITEM Corporation and as a Senior Scientist Engineer at COLSA Corporation, where leadership in software development and technical advancements for military systems was demonstrated. Early career experience includes an engineering/scientist role at Whittaker Electronic Systems.
