MOHAMMED SAMY has extensive experience in product management and support, currently serving as Group Product Manager and previously as Group Product Specialist at Al-Bahar since May 2013. In this role, responsibilities include managing commodities and setting sales targets across five Gulf countries, under the direction of the Parts & Product Support Group Director. Prior to this, MOHAMMED held various positions at CATERPILLAR DEALER, including Regional Product Support Specialist, Senior Product Support Engineer, and Product Support Engineer from April 2007 to May 2013. MOHAMMED holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from Cairo University (2000-2006) and an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Madison Hills University (2014-2016).
