Jon Mize

Jon MIZE is an experienced operations manager with over a decade of progressive leadership roles in manufacturing. Currently serving as Plant Manager III at Mohawk Industries, Jon MIZE oversees approximately 300 employees and has previously held positions including Plant Manager II and Business Systems Process Manager, where strategic performance systems were implemented. Prior to joining Mohawk Industries, Jon MIZE worked as Kitchen Department Manager at Carolina Pride Foods, overseeing production and staff in the perishable foods sector, and as a Process Improvement Specialist at Milliken & Company, managing production and quality for automotive fabric finishing. Jon MIZE holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Erskine College.
