Jenna Griffiths has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Communications Intern at Lockheed Martin. In 2016, they became a Peer Mentor/Ambassador at the University of Exeter. From 2017 to 2019, they held multiple Product Manager roles at BT, including Pricing Operations, Trading & Capability Manager, My BT App, and Broadband. In 2019, they joined Barclays as a Digital Product Manager, initially focusing on Barclaycard and later transitioning to Barclayloan. During their time at Barclays, they received a Barclays CEO Award in 2020 for their contributions to the UK Payment Deferrals virtual team and delivering digital forms for COVID support. In 2021, they joined RVU as a Product Manager, specializing in Mortgages. Most recently, they joined Mojo Mortgages in 2022 as a Product Manager.

Jenna Griffiths completed their education with a focus on Economics. Jenna attended the University of Exeter from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Economics with a year in Industry. Prior to that, they attended Loughborough High School from 2011 to 2013. Jenna also completed their secondary education at Harry Carlton Comprehensive School from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jenna obtained the YMCA Level 3 Award in Education and Training in May 2017 from YMCA Awards.
