Viktor Harnisch

Viktor Harnisch is an experienced digital transformation and operations leader with a strong background in the airline industry. Currently serving as Group Digital Delivery Manager at MOL Group, Viktor manages a cross-country digital transformation program focused on asset maintenance services. Prior to this, Viktor held various roles at Wizz Air, culminating in the position of Core Platforms Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing critical platforms for over 40 million passengers annually, managing a substantial budget, and leading a team of over 40 experts in delivering digital strategies and innovative technological solutions. Viktor also has experience with revenue management systems from roles at Qatar Airways and Malev Hungarian Airlines, alongside a robust educational background with an MSc in Business Development from Obuda University and a degree in Commercial Information Technology from Budapest Technical College.
