Artem Didushko has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Artem is currently serving as the Head of Digital and Card Business at Moldindconbank, where they are responsible for leading the bank's digital transformation and driving growth in the cards business. Prior to this role, Artem held various positions at Visa, including Business Development Leader and Business Development Manager. Artem also worked at JSC Finance & Credit Bank as the Head of Card Products Development and Support and as a Project Manager at the Retail Sales Center. Artem began their career at OTP Bank as an Analyst of the Card Business Department and later served as a Project Manager of the Card Business Department.
Artem Didushko obtained their Master's degree in Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Artem also completed the "Introduction to Lean" certification from Lean Institute Ukraine in December 2020 and the "MIT Fintech: Future Commerce online course" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in December 2016.
