Claudio Accogli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Claudio started their career as a Real Estate Salesperson at a Real Estate Agency from 2004 to 2006. Claudio then transitioned into the banking sector, working as a Customer Support representative at BNP Paribas in 2006. In 2010, they worked as a Project Manager & Export Account at Brandoni Solare S.p.A. for a short period. Claudio then moved on to FALC SPA (Cantine Fontezoppa) as an Export Manager (Sales/Marketing) in 2010. From 2011 to 2015, Claudio worked as a Sales Export & Branches Manager at Granarolo S.p.A.

Since 2015, Claudio Accogli has been a part of Moleskine, a renowned stationery company. Claudio started as a Senior Sales Manager, responsible for defining distribution policies and managing multiple regions. Claudio gradually took on more responsibilities and became the Wholesale Director EMEA from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they served as the Global Wholesale Director from 2020 to 2022, overseeing the company's wholesale operations across EMEA, US, Latin America, and Asia. Currently, Claudio holds the position of Managing Director Moleskine Germany & B.V. and North Emea Sales Director, a role they started in 2023.

Claudio Accogli pursued their education in various fields throughout the years. Claudio started by earning a Diploma di maturità scientifica from Liceo Scientifico A.Scacchi in 2003. Claudio then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Bari in 2007. In the same year, they also completed a Bachelor of Techno-economic studies in Techniques de Commercialisation at Université de Bourgogne. Continuing their education, Claudio earned a Master of Science in Marketing from Università degli Studi di Bari in 2009. Claudio further pursued a Master of International Business from ISTAO - Istituto Adriano Olivetti in 2011. Recently, in 2019, Claudio completed an Executive Master - Innovation & Design Leadership from MIP Politecnico di Milano. In addition, they acquired a Full Boating/Sailing License from CAPITANERIA DI PORTO GENOVA in 2017.
