Mike Behr

Mike Behr has an extensive background in technology services and operational excellence across various companies. At Molex, Mike serves as the Director of Technology Services overseeing global IT and Operational Technology capabilities. Prior to Molex, at VVF Group, Mike held the position of Senior Manager Data Analytics and Operational Excellence Council Leader, where Mike managed operations for Soap Finishing and APDO departments. Before that, at LyondellBasell, Mike had various roles such as Reliability Engineer, Olefins and Hydrocarbons Best Practice Team Engineer, Olefins Shift Supervisor, and Olefins Production Engineer. Mike holds an MBA in Managerial Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
