Kristin Seely

Kristin Kulba Seely is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources management, and career consulting. Currently serving as a Leadership Advisor and Career Consultant at Business Innovation Group since January 2018, Kristin specializes in coaching clients to identify their personal brands and navigate the job search process. As an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at Molloy College since November 2016, Kristin designs and delivers engaging curriculum for continuing education HR courses. Previous roles include Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Digitas Health, Creative Talent Acquisition Partner at Cline Davis & Mann, and Vice President Creative Manager at Grey Group, where Kristin managed large teams and implemented effective recruitment and HR strategies. Kristin holds a BS in Communication from Boston University and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Molloy University.
