Ryan Benton

Ryan Benton, ACMA, currently serves as Finance Director at Molo since July 2025 and has previously held the same title at Glenhawk from July 2020 to March 2025, where additional responsibilities included Head of Finance. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Finance Business Partner at Close Brothers Property Finance and Group FP&A Manager at Aldermore Bank PLC. Ryan Benton began a career as a Finance Business Partner at EBRD and worked at Legal & General in various roles, including Property Fund Accountant and Regulatory Reporting Accountant. Ryan Benton is a qualified CIMA professional and holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Liverpool.
