Monica Naidu

Monica Naidu is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in global payroll management. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Director at Moloco since 2021, Monica has also worked as an Independent Consultant since 2018. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Payroll at SEPHORA from September 2020 to January 2022, Head of Global Payroll at Lyft from January 2020 to September 2020, and Sr. Payroll Manager at Gilead Sciences in 2016.
