Tom Rikert

Tom Rikert is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Moloco since January 2025, Rikert previously co-founded and led Masterful AI, a generative AI solution for e-commerce marketing, from November 2019 until its acquisition by Moloco in December 2024. Prior to that, Rikert held roles as General Partner at NextWorld Capital and Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on enterprise applications and AI technologies. Other notable positions include Director of Product Management at Wildfire (acquired by Google), Co-Founder and CEO of Renown Labs, and Product Manager at Google/YouTube. Rikert holds an M.Eng in EECS and a BS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School.
