Gabriele Floreani

Gabriele Floreani is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Molteni&C since March 2020. Prior to this role, Gabriele held the position of EMEA HR Manager at Giuseppe Zanotti from May 2016 to February 2020. Gabriele began career at Abercrombie & Fitch, progressing through various roles from HR Coordinator to Senior HR Representative between October 2009 and May 2016. Gabriele's foundational experience includes founding Zerbion Srl and serving as an HR Specialist from November 2005 to November 2009. Gabriele holds a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from 24ORE Business School (2015-2016) and a degree in Organization and Human Resource Management from Università degli Studi di Milano (2005-2009).
