Matt Gan is a seasoned UX designer and clinical coordinator with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects focused on user-centered solutions. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Moment Studio, Matt oversees the development of a SaaS web application aimed at tracking carbon emissions for enterprises. Previous roles include UX Designer for several organizations, where responsibilities encompassed creating responsive designs, implementing Agile methodologies, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. In addition to design expertise, Matt has a background in clinical supervision and as a Company Director, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance training and project outcomes through effective communication and innovative practices. Matt holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
