Darren Campo

Darren Campo is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in thermal and mechanical design, specializing in wireless EV charging systems at InductEV since December 2019, where patent authorship and hands-on testing are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Darren served as Lead Engineer at Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. from August 2011 to November 2019, leading product development for aerospace thermal management and managing project deadlines and budgets. Previous roles include Product Development Engineer, with hands-on mechanical and thermal design experience for defense and aerospace applications, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on arterial wall damage research. Darren also gained foundational engineering experience as a Systems Engineering Co-Op at First Energy Nuclear Operating Company. Darren holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a Nuclear Engineering Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh (2006 - 2011).
