In this role, Mike oversees Payments, Real Estate, Customer Care, Centralized Authorization, and First Line Risk teams, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Previously, Mike held various positions at Capital One, including VP of Retail Experience, where strategic customer experience initiatives were developed, and roles in customer marketing, human resources, operations, and project management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Resources Management from Wilmington University and a Project Management certificate from the University of Delaware.
